The home of the much vaunted Sauvignon Blanc proves that New Zealand deserves as much if not more notice that most other countries. Tim Heath who took over from Kevin Judd as Cloudy Bay s Head Wine Maker has taken this wine from strength to strength. Good for drinking now, but will keep for a good 5 years. .
