Absolutely classic Sauvignon Blanc with just what you might expect. The nose is has pronounced Sauvignon flavours of citrus and just a hint of gooseberry. The palate is pleasantly well balanced between acid and fruit with subtle grapefruit intertwining with further citrus flavours.

Product Description

Established 5 generations ago in some of the best soils to be found in the Cher Valley, Domaine Cartier now grows almost 25 hectares of vines in the Pouille municipality. The vineyards are well placed on alkaline perruche, silex soils and are cultivated in a traditional manner. Dry, crisp wines continue to be their focus.
